Zap Fat This Weekend

I don’t want you falling apart on me this weekend.
 
I’m sure it’s been a long week for you. I’m sure you’ re tired. I’m sure you’re ready to blow off some steam.
 
I am too.
 
But instead of packing on the pounds, like most people do, you can take some easy steps to actually zap fat this weekend.
 
Here are three super simple things you can do:
 
1- If you absolutely, positively must have a drink it is better to choose hard liquor over beer, for the simple reason you’ll take in fewer calories.
 
But don’t mix it with cola. Drink it straight. And this doesn’t mean you can drink as much as you want. ONE drink will be plenty.
 
2- Most people sleep in and skip breakfast. Well, since you won’t be drinking, you’ll get up nice and early and have a nutritious breakfast.
 
Take a whole grain tortilla shell and put in the some scrambled eggs (3 egg whites, 1 yolk), chopped vegetables (if you desire) and top it with some chunky salsa. 
Wrap it up and enjoy!  The protein in the eggs and the vegetables/salsa will get that metabolism cranking by burning calories yet be low in caloric intake.
 
This will supercharge your metabolism and keep it revved up all day long.
