I got this great tip the other day from Kelly a reader of my blog.
For those ‘addicted’ to the sugary supermarket yogurts that taste great, but derail your rapid weight loss diet try this little trick.
Add a teaspoon of any flavor Crystal Lite to plain yogurt. It creates the same flavor or you can also add fresh fruit to the yogurt. I do the fruit idea in my yogurt and it tastes great.
Yogurt is a great belly fat burner because it is a good source of protein and is low in calories. The protein will help speed up your metabolism and promote calorie burning instead of fat storage. Essential for getting rid of love handles and getting rid of beer guts.
So if you are ‘addicted’ to the sugary yogurts give Kelly’s tip a try and see how it can kickstart your fast easy weight loss and losing belly fat.
