Can you lose 15 pounds fast?

Question:  I have a question also. I am 6ft. 174 lbs. I am in good shape but my abs are losing their visibility. I wouldn’t call it a "gut" but some fat surrounding my abs. I can still see them in the mirror, but I’m not as ripped as I was a few years ago (I’m 30 now).
