What is a good quick weight loss diet when I have to eat 5-6 times a day?

I attempt to consume the reccomended calorie levels based on my current activity levels, however the food seems to be too much for me to eat.

Is there a diet that will help me eat 5-6 small meals a day after 30 days?

 
It will depend on how bad you have starved and deprived your body of regular meals.  If you are one that only eats 1-2x a day then it does take the body a little bit to get used to the frequency of feedings.  What I usually recommend is add one extra meal a day for 3 days and then add another meals for 3 days.  Keep doing this until you are eating 4-6x a day.  Eating frequently is a major objective in getting your metabolism to speed up so working up to 5-6 meals a day is very important. 

Don’t get overwhelmed with trying to conquer the world in one day.  Take it one day at a time and before you know it the belly fat will be flying off.
