Can You Eat Fast Food and Shed Fat?

Besides getting asked about drinking alcohol, the other big question I get is:

 

"What about fast food? Can I eat it and still watch the pounds melt away?"

 

It kinda cracks me up because people know the answer to a question like
that already, but they are dying to have an expert like me tell them different.

 

I can tell by the look on their face they’re hoping and praying I’m going to say,
‘Sure, eat as many Triple Cheeseburgers as you want. It’s all a big lie. Those
things are actually very low calorie and barely have any fat in them at all."

 

Yes, there are healthy choices you can find at fast food joints when you
have to eat at one. Not every meal you eat is going to be perfect.

 

But you can choose a grilled chicken sandwhich over the Mega-Heart-Attack
Burger. You can choose a bottled water over the 64 oz. cola.
