I’ve got a buddy who is a fitness pro in Louisiana. He’s a complete trip!
I love the guy to death, but that slow, southern drawl often has me wondering what the heck he’s saying.
But make no mistake about it, when my friend Todd Scott talks about getting 6 pack abs he comes across CRYSTAL clear.
Todd and I talk training at least once per week. And most of our conversations center around how baffling it is people STILL do long, slow, boring cardio routines thinking it will strip the fat from their belly.
(Note: One of Todd’s clients recently lost 31 lbs without doing a single SECOND of cardio!)
He reminded me to tell you the story of a guy named Mark Pfeltz who set the Guinness Book of World Records for the most sit-ups.
Mark Pfeltz did over 45,000 situps IN A ROW and STILL did not have a six pack of abs. I’m pretty sure you can even find a picture of it on Todd’s Six Pack Abs Fast site!
Sorry, I sometimes get carried away when I write. So yeah, my point is, doing endless crunches and/or sit-ups isn’t the answer either.
You see, Todd is like me. He uses high-energy resistance training as the basis for his body transformation programs.
It’s SO much more effective than anything else you’ve tried.
