This was the summary of a study conducted by the researchers at the National Weight Control Registry.
It stated that obese people who lost weight had to dramatically alter their diets and exercise to keep from gaining back the weight.
It says that this contradicts other experts who contended that only small lifestyle changes were required to keep weight off.
This is a perfect example of taking information and turning it around or leaving out important pieces of information so that you don’t know the entire story.
First off those that are obese are usually that way because of very bad eating or non-exercise habits. So yes, you would have to dramatically make some changes to lose the weight and keep it off. That is common sense.
If you were only 10 pounds overweight you would only have to make small lifestyle changes to lose the weight and keep it off.
This is just like my sinus infection I got thanks to these Midwest United States winters. Due to small changes in my sanitizing efforts I have only gotten a bad cold once, which is now. Even though the hospitals around here have been slammed for over a month and they are calling this one of the worst winter seasons for illness on record.
If I was sick all the time like many in this area of the United States I would have to make dramatic changes to keep from getting sick.
It is real simple. You have to make changes to prevent weight gain or whatever you want changed including illness.
Whether those changes are dramatic or not depends on your lifestyle and how you live. Weight loss takes hard work and effort. If you don’t want to put in the time and effort then I have to say that you will most likely never lose weight.
This is why I laid out exactly how you should be eating for successful weight loss in the Get Rid of My Gut Diet. It is now up to you to read it and decide if you will be making dramatic changes or small changes to be successful.
Either way you follow the steps that are laid out in the Get Rid of My Gut Diet and you will be successful in losing fast and reaching your goals.
Thank you for reading my rant for today.
